Erica began her hospitality career in 2005 with Marriott International, serving as Director of Sales for a Courtyard property before being promoted to Sales Executive at a full-service Marriott hotel. She later advanced her career with Hilton, where she held Director of Sales roles for two full-service properties, including a DoubleTree by Hilton and a Tapestry Collection hotel in Wilmington, NC. Her experience expanded into a regional capacity, where she represented a diverse portfolio of hotels across major brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Choice, Best Western, and IHG.
In addition to her hotel leadership roles, Erica has held key positions as an Account Manager with Carlson Wagonlit Travel and as a Business Development Manager with AAA Corporate Travel. Erica specializes in driving new business within the transient, corporate, and extended-stay segments. Known for her strategic approach and proactive prospecting, she excels at engaging C-suite decision-makers, uncovering new opportunities, and consistently delivering strong ROI for her clients. Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with her two sons.
